Christmas Eve – 24th December
Christmas dinner here becomes an elegant interlude, blending tradition with modernity.
The menu includes a selection of starters, a buffet of flavourful hot dishes, and a variety of indulgent desserts to end the evening on a sweet note. A warm atmosphere, beautifully set tables, and attentive service: the festive spirit in all its simplicity, elevated by the Van der Valk art of hosting.

New Year’s Eve Dinner – 31st December
To welcome 2026, the chef has created a signature dinner combining creativity and generosity: amuse-bouche, starter, main course, dessert, and a glass of Champagne to celebrate the New Year. An evening where gastronomy sets the tone for a festive and elegant moment — ideal for an unforgettable celebration just minutes from Roissy.

New Year’s Day Brunch – 1st January
To start the year right, join us for a grand festive brunch served from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Golden pastries, comforting hot dishes, a generous dessert buffet… and for those who wish to prolong the celebration, an optional glass of Champagne. A perfect atmosphere to ease into the new year.
